We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear — and for it to fit just right.
If it doesn’t, we’ll do our best to get you into the right size or style.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased from The Beat & Path may be returned for store credit.
To qualify, return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original tags.

  • Certain items (e.g., intimates, such as underwear or sports bras) must be unopened and in original packaging.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or issue you a store credit codeusable at any time.

Shipping

  • You’ll be responsible for postage costs when sending back returns or exchanges.

  • If you're requesting an exchange, we’ll cover standard shipping on the new item.

  • If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and waive shipping costs on the replacement.

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 weeks for return or exchange processing after we receive your item. Processing time may vary depending on volume.

Important Notes

  • Store credits are issued via email as a code, redeemable on our website.

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items not purchased directly from our website.

  • Products bought through outside retailers must be returned through that retailer.
